No changes to your order will be able to be made once your order has been shipped. Please ensure you’ve entered all details correctly and double check your shipment address before placing your order. I am not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect order detials.
How long does it take to process an order once placed?
Thanks so much for ordering from me! Please allow 5-7 working days from the date you placed the order for the shipment to be processed. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive an email shipment notification. If you’ve chosen to receive tracked shipping, you’ll also receive an email with your tracking info once its been processed. (A little reminder that all packing and shipping is done by me alone, so please do bare with! It’ll be on its way as soon as it can be. Thank you for your patience!)

Shipping to both UK and internationally is available, please find the shipping options below:
All shipping times are from date of shipment! Not from date of order. Please keep an eye out for the shipment email with details on when to expect your delivery.
UK
Royal Mail 1st Class – £3
– Next-day delivery aim for letters and parcels
Collection
– I also offer collection! For those of you who are in London and are able to collect from my Studio in Hackney, E5. If you select this option, please email to arrange collection. Please include your order number and full name in the email so I know which order to have ready for your arrival.
International
Europe
International Standard – £8
– Delivery aim: up to 2 weeks
Worldwide
International Standard – £10
– Delivery aim: up to 3 weeks
*shipment times do not include the 5-7 working days it may take to process your order ready for shipment once its been placed*
Returns & cancelling orders
Orders can be cancelled 24 hours after placing by emailing me or using the contact form , anything after this the order will not be able to be cancelled. Changes can be permitted but please get in contact about changes asap. Always include your order number in your enquiry.
As a small business, returns of prints, stickers etc are not offered, however if you’ve ordered clothing and would like to change sizes etc, please email hello@martazubieta.com to discuss. If we’ve arranged an exchange, the replacement will only be sent out once I’ve received
I will however send out replacements if the order arrives significantly damaged due to the delivery system. Please email over a photo of the damage to hello@martazubieta.com and I’ll see what I can do!
